With its leatherette handle and convenient extra features, the TAVO Next glides smoothly over nearly all types of terrain. It's not the lightest stroller we have however it's much more easy to lift a flight than some of our competitors.
The Cybex Gazelle is a gazelle even when filled with groceries and up to three children. The only drawback is that it doesn't come with an additional child seat or a child's board for families that are growing.
1. TAVO Next
The TAVO Next is a budget stroller that can be used by children weighing up to 50 pounds. It is very spacious and the seat reclines and lays flat. It's also very easy to close and open, and it comes with an XXL canopy with peek-a-boo windows and venting. In 2021, Nuna gave the TAVO an updated harness that comes with Magnetech Secure Snap, which makes it simple and safe to fasten using just one hand.
While the TAVO is a great option for parents looking to save money, it's not the ideal choice for those who want to utilize a bassinet, or a reversible seat. It can only be oriented in one direction, and it doesn't have any accessories such as a bassinet stand or rain cover. The MIXX Next is the better choice for those who need more because it can accommodate these accessories.
The TAVO features an inbuilt suspension system called Free-flex that allows you to travel near or far and even transport your child from the car to the curb. The spacious, luxurious seat lets baby lay back and relax or slip off to a world of dreams. Parents will also enjoy the small fold-away wheel and MagneTech Secure Snap.

It is also easy to maneuver and comes with a convenient basket for storage, as well as brakes that can be used in flip-flops. The Cybex Gazelle is an excellent option for parents who want to purchase a stroller that can adapt to the needs of the family. It is a "modular" stroller or "convertible" stroller and can be set up in more than 20 ways to accommodate different seat units such as infant car seats, cots and cradles.
We love that the Cybex Gazelle is lightweight and easy to move, making it perfect for parents who want to explore. It comes with a huge storage basket as well as a variety of attachments to help parents carry their groceries or do light shopping. It's a little more expensive than other 2 in 1 prams, but it's a worthwhile investment as the quality and performance of this model are top-of-the-line.
This stroller features a one-pull harness to make securing your child's seat easy. It also comes with sun canopy with XXL panels that can be removed and peek-aboo windows. It also has a practical tray for parents to keep snacks, drinks and phones. The telescopic handlebar adjusts to fit the height of parents and the brake is easy to access, making it safe for children to operate.
Our mum tester Sophie from London used this stroller with two daughters aged 5 and 10 months. She pushed it over bumpy, uneven and cobbled streets, and found it to be very smooth and easy to maneuver. The large shopping basket and comfortable footrests that are ergonomically designed made her feel comfortable. She also appreciated the fact that the hood and handlebar fabrics were machine washable essential for busy parents!
4. Joovy Twin Roo+
The Twin Roo+ is a minimalist frame stroller that has car seat compatibility. It also comes with a large storage bin. It is among the lightest double strollers on the market. It weighs 24 lbs without attachments for infant car seats, which is on the lighter side for a double stroller. It's a little heavier than both the UPPAbaby v2 double as well as the Thule Urban Glide 2 double.
The Roo+ comes with a quick-start guide and is simple to use. It snaps together quickly and is road-ready within less than 10 minutes. It doesn't come with a canopy built-in, so your babies will have to wear their own sunshades in case they require extra protection from the elements.
In our tests, we noticed that the Roo+ was a dual stroller that was able to handle. It can maneuver through all terrains, but has trouble with grassy areas as well as over gravel. Although the Roo+ has a large under-seat storage compartment however, it's hard to access without taking off the infant car seats. This is a common problem with twin frame strollers, however Joovy offers a separate under-seat baby carrier bag to help address this issue.
Unlike top-scoring strollers, the Roo+ doesn't have a self-standing fold or cup holders. This is a small sacrifice to make for its car seat compatibility and storage capabilities however we'd prefer to have more flexibility from our strollers. The stroller's flexibility in seating arrangement is a major plus. Parents can mount their infant car seats in either opposite directions or in the same direction, based on their preferences.
5. Delta Children LX Side by Side
The Delta Children LX Side by Side earned an outstanding score both for weight and folded size, making it the best value in our double umbrella stroller review. It also scored highly for its maneuverability, which is a key feature for parents who are looking for a travel pram that will fit in tight spaces. The Delta is a basic product that lacks some features that other strollers in our testing offer, like an extended recline or a large storage basket. It's a great option for families on a limited budget or for those who only require a second stroller for occasional use such as for a trip to the zoo.
The LX Side-by-Side is an extremely light and compact stroller. It is simple to turn and push. Its short frame, rotating wheels in the front and padded shoulder pad make for a smooth ride. It is comfortable for passengers thanks to its multi-position reclining seat and cup holder for parents.
It also has a large canopy with a European style that offers shade from the sun as well as some protection from light winds. It also has two storage bags and a five-point harness for safety.
The Delta took less than three minutes to assemble which is the quickest time of our test group. The manual is mediocre, and the assembly does not require tools. It is among the lighter items in our test group. It can fold flat, making it easy to carry and lift.
